While rotation is at the core of our Programme, the majority of our graduates know the area they wish to specialise in. Not every role has a technical element, and we welcome applicants with all sorts of degrees. As a minimum requirement, we ask for a 2:1 degree.
Land: the department that finds and secures the best locations for new developments.
Construction: the operational side of our business, from site management through to acquiring materials and delivering quality.
Technical & Commercial:the technically-gifted people who create innovative new housing designs.
Sales: buying a house is emotional. So plain and simply, our Sales people look after our customers.
Finance: not just number-crunchers; finance professionals who thoroughly understand our business.
In order to gain a place on our programme, you'll need to hold a full UK driving licence. But don't worry, you've got until September 2009 to get this organised if you haven't already!
