Our Graduate Development Programme is a two-year programme designed to give graduates a panoramic view of the business. At the heart of the Programme is a series of rotations, which enable each individual to see every aspect of our operation, to understand how different functions interact and find out where they can contribute the most.
Throughout your two years on the Programme, you will enjoy structured training, constant support and lots of exposure to different types of challenges. We operate in a fast-paced industry, so we like to think we avoid unnecessary hierarchies and bureaucracy. You’ll work closely with senior managers and directors, as well as having your own mentor, so there are lots of opportunities to ask questions, learn from others and get noticed.
