Last year was the second year of our Graduate Development Programme. From the moment our first intake of graduates met at a Black Tie Dinner during their Induction Event in 2007, it was an exciting initiative for us. In no time at all, our 2008 graduates have got to know each other, got to know the business and started to make a contribution.
